--------S. 32‑Posscssion of land‑Respondents granted temporary lease of land in which question of sharing property on acquisition of any rights not arising‑Petitioner even if holding land as a tenant bound to surrender same to government for delivery to a new lessee and no such rights as may accrue after transfer of property can be enforced‑Peti tioner, held, a trespasser and liable to be dispossessed, in circum stances.
