‑‑ S. 25‑A‑Transfer of family cases‑Husband filing suit against wife at G and wife filing suit against husband at S‑Wife seeking transfer of husband's suit to S on ground of she being a resident of S‑Both suits filed in Family Courts‑Matter as to bow Family Court at S goes to decide issue of wife's residence and consequently question of jurisdiction yet to be seen‑Held : Premature in circum stances to order transfer of case at such stage but wife in case of being held to be a resident of S could move for transfer of case, if so advised.
