Punjab Town Improvement Act (IV of 1922)‑--

‑‑‑ S. 19 read with Punjab Town Improvement Trust Service Rules, rr. 12, 13. 14 & 16 ‑ Removal from service Chairman's competency ‑ Chairman of Trust, held, competent under S. 19 of Act and rr. 12, 13, 14 & 16 of Rules to supervise and exercise control over acts of all officers and servants of Trust and also to dispose of all questions relating to their service.‑[Civil service].
