Section 497 (2) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 354 Bail, Further Investigation FIR's Grant, shows that the complainant, a female, had to collect fodder for animals near the turtle area. It was about a mile from the house where the alleged incident took place to see why a single woman was traveling to the area when no public was available. That is, when the husband and brother arrived at the scene of the incident in a very short time, when the accused was engaged in crime and fled to see them. She was investigating how information about the incident reached the woman and her brother's husband and whether they were at home, which was a time for the men to work. Everyone said that the realistic position needed further investigation.
