O. 1, r. 10(2)‑Joinder of parties‑‑A person, held, can be allowed to join a suit if his participation in suit necessary for effect complete adjudication of rear controversy involved therein even if he has not made a request for same‑‑‑Provisions of law, held further, equally applicable to appeals.
‑ O. I, r. 10(2)‑‑Impleading a person‑‑Court, held, can suo motu implead a person as a party to a suit or appeal but before doing so, Court to ensure involvement of such person being necessary for effectual and complete adjudication of real controversy to be resolved by it.
