--------S. 13(6)‑Eviction‑Rent Controller tentatively deciding tenant not liable to deposit rent for period preceding institution of ejectment application‑Such order being tentative and final decision yet to be made on proper inquiry‑Tenant not depositing future 'rent‑Rent Controller, held, could eject tenant on basis of his previous order directing tenant to deposit all arrears and future rent within prescribed time.
