‑‑ Ss. 3, 6 & 7‑Pre‑emption right‑Custom‑Agricultural land lying within limits of a town being not urban immovable property, person claiming right of pre‑emption in regard to such land, held, not required to prove custom as required by S. 7 of Act.‑‑[Custom (Punjab)].
