Section 8484eal Appeal Property Auction is the preferential right to purchase the offer made to the appellant The failure of the applicant to submit the bid amount on the same date shows the sale of the property to the highest bidder by the registered deadline. That the appellant was never ready to pay the bid. Neither the money nor he wanted to resolve the dispute, but he was kept alive until the last minute. Appellant asked for three months to pay the bid money, but he had not yet deposited any money in court to show his progress in buying the property. Outside the property as a result of such appellant's action, the appellate judge may lie with the order of the district judge to issue or cancel the sale certificate. Due to the impugned order, neither the certificate was issued nor the appeal was dismissed by the High Court.
