Ss. 10 & 16.‑Compensation‑Criteria‑Damage sustained by owner of land on account of its occupation‑‑Land located neat Railway Station and having potentiality of use as building site= Compensation per annum at rate of ten per cent. of land value agreed to by parties‑Compensation ordered to be paid accordingly.‑‑[Compensation].
