‑‑ Art. 98‑Writ jurisdiction‑Question of fact‑Petitioner's counsel conceding that land in question, if lying within 20 chains of village, could not be granted under existing, land policy‑ Hierarchy of revenue officers on perusal of relevant records and village map finding lurid in dispute lying within 20 chains of established village --Such finding, being a finding of fait, held, cannot be challenged in constitutional petition‑Petitioner having purchased land from grantee after getting competent authority's permission, petitioner directed to be given first option in case of fresh grant being made of land in dispute.‑[Finding of fact].
