Wad Pakistan Urban Rent Restriction Ordinance (VI of 1959)‑

Ss. 13 & 15‑Ejectment‑Controversy finally concluded by Supreme Court and appellant shown to have withdrawn his appeal as far back as in 1974 against order of striking off his defence‑Appellant, held, could not be justified in reopening whole controversy ab initio in 1977 Appeal found without any merit and dismissed.
