‑‑‑ Para. 10(1), proviso‑Acquisition of land by Government servants‑‑Petitioner‑‑A Government servant‑Government acquiring some of petitioner's inherited land for a public purpose and paying him compensation ‑Petitioner purchasing another land out of such compensation money‑Petitioner, held, entitled to retain an additional area equal to land taken out from him by acquisition over area of land purchased by him.
‑‑‑ Para. 8(2)(i)‑Additional area for tractor‑Petitioner purchasing tractor and holding receipt therefore‑ Authorised Officer (Assistant Commissioner) issuing certificate of ownership of tractor and its good working condition in favour of petitioner‑Subsequently tractor actually registered in petitioner's name‑Petitioner, held, owner of tractor on relevant date and entitled to additional area ‑ West Pakistan Motor Vehicles Ordinance (XIX of 1965), S. 2(24).
