‑‑ Art. 199 read with Sind Local Government Ordinance (Il of 1972), S. 37(2)‑Election‑Pecuniary interest in Council‑Indebtedness Disqualification‑Petitioner although not having any existing contract with council on date of nomination or election, yet, held, disqualified from being elected to Council on account of his indebtedness to Council‑Debtor can be said to have pecuniary interest in Council for he can use his influence on Council not to enforce its claims against him or delay recovery or write it off.
