--‑ Pares. 8 (2) & 28 and Land Reforms Regulation (Validation of Orders) Ordinance (XXIX of 1978), S. 2‑‑Deputy Land Commissioner allowing petitioner to retain 2000 additional produce index units for owning an agricultural tractor in working order on target date of 20‑i2‑1971‑Member, Federal Land Commission, however, calling for record of case and holding petitioner not proved to have owned a tractor on such date and consequently not entitled to retain addi tional area‑Order of Member, Federal Land Commission, held, passed with cogent reasons and lawful authority and no malice on his part being alleged, petition challenging his order dismissed.
