‑‑‑ Art. 199‑Writ‑Affidavit filed by petitioner stating petitioner having had no knowledge of impugned allotment till he went in appeal before Rehabilitation Authority ‑‑ Found patently false ‑ Rehabilitation Authority being lawful authority, dealing matter as warranted by law, and there appearing no legal flaw in impugned order so as to attract writ jurisdiction, petition dismissed.
