Sections 4 and 22 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Service Tribunals Act (XXII of 1975), section 4, upheld the removal of the appellant from the employment under which the order of the appellant's initial appointment revealed that he was a junior. Was recruited as a drawing teacher. On a temporary basis in BPS 9, the appellant had clearly recognized that the Director Education School was not eligible to issue an appellant's appointment because the junior drawing teacher failed to deny the appellant's appointment. The initial order was made without this post. Properly advertised; in such a situation, when Director Education Schools were informed of their mistake, they rightfully withdrew the Appointment Order of Director Education Appointment, not suffering any legal flaws. The appeal was dismissed
