All the responsible men were arrested who allegedly did the cleaning. The vessel's documents, the shipowner, the surveyor company, and others, as appropriate and necessary parties, made the plaintiff's case jointly based on the principles of torture and malicious liability, and as a business party, the bureaucracy was enforced. The intended effect was on the freedom to release the defendants from the post, allegedly negligent in performing their duties. It will be seen after the evidence that how many people were involved and the negligence in the execution of their duties. The High Court has dismissed the bureaucrat as the plaintiff in this case. Considered appropriate to mind. Application was allowed accordingly
