The court which upheld the order issued by the implementing court, under which the gold rate was fixed at the rate at which the order was executed. Following the facts of the two courts together, it was sought in the High Court constitutional jurisdiction. The constitutional petition was filed only to prolong the case, the petition was dismissed.
