Two of the accused were granted bail as it was said that the hatche blows were given by the other two accused, viz. the present applicants. I has now been urged that applicant Dodo is 75-80 years of age. His medical certificate as to age has been produced. Mr. Allahdino has not pressed for the other applicant Khan son of Dodo.
Considering the age, this applicant could be-said to be infirm. He is accordingly allowed bail in the sum of Rs. 25,0()0 with P. R, and on surety to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge Sanghar. B. A. of Khan is rejected.
Ball allowed.
