The High Court upheld the decisions passed by the lower courts. Under the West Pakistan Consolidation of Holdings Ordinance, 1960, the threshold filed by the plaintiffs by the plaintiffs, which was only on this score, will have no legal value against the decisions and orders approved by the courts below. ?
