And the second respondent (brother) was appointed mentor in accordance with the Directive to perform his duties in light of Section 37 of the Mental Health Ordinance, 2001 SU. It was withdrawn and dismissed by the respondent (guardian) for the declaration, the appellants stated that the Power of Attorney allegedly registered through the respondents on 22 7 2003 and the respondents in favor of the appellant. The K-attorney said the sale off-date was implemented. On 31 7 2003 and filed under Section 29 of the Mental Health Ordinance, 2001, that the respondent is an irrevocable mind, filed on 22 6 2005, the validity of the sale in question was fixed with reference to this date. The fact is, when the condition of the defendant's mentality is stated on the said dates, he will have to decide when the High Court will decide on an unknown order.
