Under Section 154, the CCPC was obliged to record the complainant's statement; if any of his contents had been committed an admissible offense, as a result, the complainant was directed to file an FIR. Was directed by the DIG, Police Range, to assist any police officer not below the level of Section P, to assist the deposed police officer, to investigate the FIR case if the FIR proved wrong in the investigation. Then legal proceedings were directed that legal proceedings be initiated against the complainant with the constitutional application dismissed within its limits. A. Said observation
