The wife rejected the claims made by the applicant and claimed that the wife had applied the mandibid mandiadis under the R3 (b) provisions of the West under the rules of the Pakistan Family Law Ordinance, 1961. Could have filed the notice where she resided. The language of the law should be interpreted by the applicant and the right to divorce was also exercised. The husband or wife has to inform the Union Council where the wife / woman lives in the relevant time Section 8 read with Section 7 of the Muslim Family L The Ordinance of the West Pakistan Rules, 1961 and R3 (under the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961).
