It is noteworthy that according to the contents of the petition filed by the petitioner under section 25-A of the I. R. O., 1969 her has been locked-out by the respondent since August 1972. The petitioner has filed the under-consideration petition under section 25-A of the I. R. O., 1969, for restoration to his job with back benefits on 5th August 1975. No explanation is forthcoming for this long delay of three years. I, therefore, dismiss the petition on the short ground of limitation.
