THE UNIVERSAL INSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED versus

After adjusting its outstanding commissions from Sections 99 (4) and 156, the company was admitted by the insurance agent to the premium and by default of section 99 (4) of the Insurance Ordinance 2000, under section 156.
