KHADIM HUSSAIN versus GOVERNMENT OF BALOCHISTAN THROUGH SECRETARY EDUCATION

Article 3 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petitioner dismissed on the job, the applicant was dismissed for serious charges of heavy government money laundering and gross misconduct charges against the applicant were proved. He allegedly deposited the embezzled money into the treasury. This would mean that he was guilty of his illegal proceedings. The High Court had no jurisdiction to decide the matter, passed the order of dismissal and the appeal order, which, under the constitutional petition, had committed his crime. Salvation was declared arbitrary and could not be used to maintain it. And the constitutional request for corruption, in the circumstances, was dismissed
