Section 9 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), O II, R2 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) Promotion Relief, relinquishing the influence of new applicant, frustrated the defendant's development and before the service tribunal. The question of extension of the appeal which was dismissed was a matter of commitment by the relevant authorities / forums / boards on the merits of the candidates required by the Supreme Court. The case of the applicant's appeal before the service tribunal denied, therefore, cannot be the subject of a decision by the Supreme Court. Because it relinquished its challenge to the promotion of the respondent, and because of its competence and its seniority, the applicant was refused to challenge the defendant because of those criteria BS 18 and 19. The applicant was the same for both eligibility, which left the defendant in his plea because of his ability to qualify / qualify for the exemption claim under the provisions of O II, R2. On the basis of which the defendant was denied trial, the applicant was unaware of the CPC's bias and the competence of the defendant. The leave to appeal was denied by the service tribunal to establish a grounds for delay in which the exercise of arbitration against the applicant was unimaginable.
