Had failed to meet the minimum solvency requirements of 2006, 2007 as set out under clause (c) of section 11 (1) and clause 36 of the Insurance Ordinance 2000. Failure to comply with the minimum paid-up capital requirements set out under section 63 (1) of the Insurance Ordinance under Section 28, 2000 of the Insurance Ordinance, where the terms of registration under section 11 of the Insurance Ordinance 2000 Were not completed. In such a case, the Commission was given the option to prevent the insurance company from entering into a new insurance company contract.
