Sections 33, 3, 3, & 68 and Election 69 Election Petitioner applicants / non-candidates filed allegations of illegal and corrupt commission and widespread fraud in the polling stations. To prove the allegations, the applicant had also presented ten witnesses besides the prosecution and the court witness stated that the statements of those witnesses, especially those witnesses who conducted the election as polling staff / officials. Gave and performed his duties, establishing the fact that illegal and corrupt practices were committed and widespread fraud at polling stations. The statements of the prosecution witnesses were substantiated, showing that there was widespread fraud and that the statements of the polling staff of Section 33 of the Voting Law Act, 1976 were violated, especially by the Presiding Officer And others fully established the allegations made by the applicant rigging. Placement was organized under a plan and the purpose was achieved through a process that was illegal, corrupt and widespread in the process of election imposed by the applicant under the arrest of Booth. The allegations of fraud, however, were fully proven that election requests were dealt with. In order to have some degree of criminal action, the benefit of the doubt had to be extended to the returning candidate, which was not applicable in this case as the returning candidate could not raise any doubt in the case of the applicant justifying the dismissal. ? 23 p
