A. XXIII, R 1 & O VII, R 11 Constitution Pakistan's legal heritage which was not part of the settlement agreement withdrew its share of the compensation amount but later applied for an increase in compensation. I rejected the request for an increase in that the legal heirs said (who were not the signatory of the contract) withdrew their shares from the compensation amount, legally the defendant agreed to submit Rs.5 million to the Nazir court. The petition was filed under AXISI, R1, CPC, the mother of the deceased father and wife. The children and children did not sign the petition, thus they were the one when their rights were restrained without prejudice when the victim's father and mother did not compromise with the defendant. In fact, it was claimed that the mere withdrawal of his share of money did not work for him other than the father. The victim's mother agreed to submit her shares to the court that she and her father's mother were fighting the case and wanted to deal with it in good faith, so their application and dismissal justified the law only to speculate on the facts. Was not done Counsel for the defendant agreed to deal with these requests on the terms that, as far as the claim of the wife and children of the deceased, which was paid to them, it would be thought that the matter was finally settled. Has been dealt with. To submit all this money to the court, which the parents and mother of the deceased had withdrawn during the suit's dismissal, the suit would re-appear in the appeal of the petitioner's leave to appeal.
