And the appeal dismissed by the First Appellate Authority due to time restriction was also unfairly justified as the judicial authority adjourned the case without giving any opportunity for a hearing and deprived the registered person of the invaluable right to a hearing. As such, this act not only violated the principles of natural justice, it was also a violation of the essential provisions of the law, which made all the actions of the registered person fail. There will be no action against the decision to validate any term. The remand was obtained for illegal, void and without legal authority and to give the case a reasonable opportunity to be heard by a litigating judge and to pass a fresh and speaking order.
