SIKANDAR versus STATE

The lawyer for the applicant / accused for the Section 497 bail application had laid a special ground of enmity between the complainant, the police officer and the accused persons and said that the matter faced legal weakness as ASI. Had launched a lawsuit that was against the law. Counsel for the applicant was important to the decision of the bail, but the trial court ignored it altogether and did not speak to any of the aforesaid ground orders approved by the trial court, in which case the decision was postponed. Should decide. The bail application is due within two November, keeping the authorities on the grounds mentioned above.
