Because of this, the lawsuit was established by Landlady on the evidence that it needed housing. After doing business under the partnership, his personal need was boosted and Landlady was also able to establish that the tenant was unfit for water and conservancy charges, therefore, the eviction request was rightfully so. It was allowed that the order approved by the lower appellate court was set aside and the withdrawal order was approved by the rent. The petitioner was allowed in the circumstances where the controller was intact
