And even if such a case arose, the plaintiff would not be entitled to any interim relief agreement and the plaintiff had sued in that case. The Pakistan High Court's courts refuse to grant interim relief to the plaintiff and do not fall under the jurisdiction of the law in this case while the petitions were dismissed.
