There was no direct evidence of the existence of the tenancy and it was the applicants who insisted on the relationship of the landlord and the tenant and the relative that the matter was on the petitioners, which they failed to deny. ? That the majority of the landed property was sold to registered persons through multiple sale deeds and there was no other property related to the property owned by the applicant in connection with the existence of the landlord and tenant relationship. Were temporarily unable to prove the problem, the results recorded by both the courts were the result of misrepresentation of the documentary evidence on the record; the circumstances came to an inaccurate conclusion. Put the results recorded by both the courts aside. Was granted and the application for leave from these circumstances was dismissed
