Article 42 Civil Procedure Code (V of 1908), VI VI, R 17 The plaintiff claims that the suit land belongs to his grandfather, who died in 1962, approximately 31/32 years later. Later, in a written statement dated 22 April 1989, he was denied the inheritance of his grandfather's plaintiff, saying that the plaintiff's grandfather had passed away before 1962, after recording of the evidence in the plaintiff. The amendment requested that the words mentioned in the material be replaced years ago in the 1962 1962 draft of a valid written statement. This is due to non-use of expression.
