(a) Industrial Relations Ordinance (XXIII of 1969)‑

‑‑ S. 25‑A and West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI of 1968), S. O. 18(x) & (b) Section 25‑A of Ordinance XIII of 1969 and S. O. 18‑In pari materia‑Provisions of subsections (a) and (b) of S. O. 18 Mandatory in nature‑Grievance not brought to employer's notice- Court devoid of jurisdiction to decide dispute.

(b) Industrial Relations Ordinance (XXIII of 1969)‑

----‑‑ S. 25‑A‑Individual grievance, redress of‑Worker employee bound to give all particulars and fulfil conditions precedent for presenta tion of application under section‑Application not fulfilling conditions prescribed under section 25‑A nor applicant retrieving situation later and even not mentioning such facts in his deposition before Labour Court‑Labour Court, in circumstances, held, clutched a jurisdic tion not given him by law‑Orders set aside as of no legal effect.
