Section 54 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVII of VI67 of 1979) registered The transfer of ownership by registered sale deed of the Revenue Record in the Revenue Record was not for financial purposes only. Excluding the transfer will not constitute transfer ownership. Since the mutation was not proof of title, the registered sale deed was strong proof of title unless it was declared illegal or canceled by the competent court. After confirming the mutation based on the registered cell deed, it was only formally included in the revenue record.
