Section 497 (2) of the Explosive Substances Act (XI of 1908), Section 5 of the West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13 explosives and the recovery of weapons, further investigation revealed that the grant of the site project No hand grenade was recovered from the direct possession of the suspects in the police party and the accused room was not recovered, but nothing was on record to show the occupation of the suspect from a separate room. Further investigation was needed and there was no evidence. The accused, in the circumstances, were admitted on bail, with a primary felony and connect offense in the file.
