Articles 22 and 74 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 203F (2B) Identification of the accused Investigation officer's death Secondary evidence of the death was presented by the accused under the supervision of the magistrate under whose supervision the test identification parade was held and the trial. The suspects were not arrested during the operation. The defendant's identity further requested that the entire investigator be dead and that the documents produced by him could not be proved by secondary evidence. Appeal was allowed for re-evaluation of the entire evidence.
