And could not be given as an alternative. The relevant scheme was no longer popular. The Supreme Court's petition for review by the High Court Review Petition was that the Supreme Court did not consider the LDA's report. On the basis of which the High Court had accepted the constitutional approval, the validity of the Lahore Development Authority had not objected to the approval of the conditional application for changing of the application for leave in the appeal filed by the LDA and I was hearing the preliminary hearing. TS Fixation Supreme Court, while setting aside the order under consideration, dismissed such leave Turned the case over to an appeal and set it for hearing
