Will fulfill The requirements of natural justice were not violated in cases wherein the aggrieved party was given the opportunity to file their objections / comments on representation filed under section 32 of the Federal Tax Ombudsman Ordinance, 2000, before the President's High Court. Refused to interfere with the president's approved order. This was also true in law and the use of any arbitrary relief and interference by the High Court in the constitutional jurisdiction was not guaranteed.
