Against the appellant, it was extremely inappropriate to record the final result on the basis of prudent inquiries when the competent authority made a mistake in failing to seek the complete record, when the appellant prejudiced against the district judge. Submitted to the District Judge two months after taking charge of the charges, which were allegations related to his premature appointment and being connected to the execution of duties by the possibility of appellant. Can't be ignored altogether. The Supreme Court reversed the orders of the appellant to be restored in the service, rejecting the orders of the service tribunal and the competent authority. Option to start investigating allegations of corruption if deemed necessary
