Sections 8 and 54 Civil Code of Conduct (v. 1908), Section 115 and O. XVII, R 3 suit possession and non-compliance of order restraint, sentencing sentencing, refusing to postpone trial on this basis. That the plaintiff failed to prosecute. With the order passed on the previous date that resulted in the case being dismissed, the lower appellate court set aside the order passed by the trial court, attracting the R, 3, CPC OO XVII sentence. For this, the court should give the party time to do any work. The proceedings mentioned at a later date must be at the request of the court-designated party when the request by the party must comply with the court-ordered instruction at a later date. On the eve of the preceding date, against which the order was required to be issued, the penal terms of XVII, R 3, CPC shall not be imposed against such party even though the amending jurisdiction only exercised it at a later date. In the event of unauthorized or unlawful assumption of powers or where unlawful jurisdiction is exercised or material irregularity, the High Court refused to interfere with the decision of the Lower Appellate Court. According to the law, the review was rejected.
