There was no role. The Principal Operator's (customs) speech stated that he had no role or connection with the alleged crime and that the NAB authorities had issued arrest warrants for his involvement in the case. That there is no evidence that the missing containers were processed by them or that they cleaned the containers on fake documents. That he had no physical control over the goods and had no role in testing them, sealing them, and finally delivering the containers to the carriers. That the National Logistics Cell (NLC) official, who had a bound salsal, was not yet investigated and his version was regarded as a gospel fact because of the loading process described in the relevant public notice. It did not provide any role for the accused. In the entire process of load shedding, neither the carrier, such as the National Logistics Cell (NLC) nor the Railways, were interrogated nor questioned by the security officers, who played a significant role in the loading of the goods.
