Attempts to commit Section 497 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 395, 324, 148 and 149 dacoits, Qatiel Ahmed, were allegedly hurt by the grantee's grant and he died on the spot, but Consultant crime scene inspections did not reveal any blood stains on the ground or stated that it was alleged that he was armed with Kalashnikov, but the post-mortem report stated that no such cause was caused by Kalashnikov. The injury was not reported, but it was not recovered by the Kalashnikov clearly used suspect, the accused was admitted on bail, under the circumstances.
