Section 497 Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324/109/114/148/149 murder, attempted murder, aggression, attempt to present an advertisement, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, bail, if convicted. Local animosity was alleged to incite his co-accused, whom he fired, resulting in the death of the complainant's nephew, alleging that he had only committed an ax and the FI. According to R, he was an empty hand. There can be no question of ineffective firing. The current case of Validity was of general local enmity and although the accused went with the intention of committing a crime but did not fire, the accused was released on bail.
