Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Section 302 / 337H (2) / 34 of the convicted AMD, suffered by haste or negligence, guaranteed general intent, allegedly killed by a grant of further investigation. The co-accused and the accused were allegedly shot in the air at the time of the incident for harassment. The accused's name did not appear in the FIR. Four days after the alleged incident, the complainant filed a further statement which was generally charged with aerial shootings. The accused prosecution did not object to the grant of bail.
