Sections 4, 6 and 17 (4) of the Punjab Land Rules, 1983, section 10 (1) (ii) and 11 (iii) of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 151 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Application Interim Order Land acquisition proceedings were also included in the acquisition notification issued by the authorities. The applicant seized the land and requested interim order on the basis that it was a dedicated land and so on. However, this cannot be achieved. Claims for compensation were made by the Validity Petitioner taking an alternative position in the case of compulsory acquisition of the disputed land, in spite of opposition to the acquisition, the applicant was claiming compensation at the rate that such land was entitled to. Was eight times more than the compensation paid for. Applicants indicated in this case that there was a time / compensation when the applicant was willing to trade his solicitation application as a move and a bargaining point, and he had harassed the applicant's creditworthiness. I had a marble factory and it was not a religious place. Only the proceeds of the marble factory were dedicated to religious purpose. No injury or violence will be committed. Waqf If the marble factory has been replaced or another income generating asset has been created to compensate for the applicant's land acquisition, such measures are in line with the dedication process and the Shariah provisions.
