BASHIRAN BIBI versus PUNJAB COOPERATIVE BOARD FOR LIQUIDATION
Section 11 Co-operative Society Act (VII of 1925), Section 31 Bankers' Box Student Act (XVIII of 1891), Section 4 law on the evidence (10 of 1984), Article 48 Claim evidence based on the petitioner's affidavit against the Punjab Cooperative Board. Claimed. The Special Co-operative Modarba Receipt, hearing by the finance corporation, refused to accept the claim that the Punjab Cooperative Board based on the litigation was fake because the applicant as well as other witnesses during the case in the ballast box were long. Despite a lengthy scrutiny, the board failed to break the truth of who was persistent on all material points rather than presenting any evidence to prove his claim on the Punjab Co-operative Board's litigation. Chose to present the documents through which the judicial officer mistakenly relied on the petitioner Reporters were passed against those orders. The petitioner was constituted by the documents prepared before the Judicial Officer which inaccurately disclosed his disclosure regarding the receipt of a special Modarba as the applicants had made their inquiries on various matters relating to the Judicial Officer's special matters. The claims were filed not against the trust but against the record, the High Court directed the Punjab Cooperative Board to pay the amount. As per the petitioner's claim and the order sanctioned by the Judicial Officer Petition was set aside accordingly it was allowed
